In Quebec, the intesection of Ste-Famillle and Hebert interests me because the perspective vanishing points are skewed, on the left going down and on the right going up.

So I see. The clean colors and the repetition of dormer windows creates great visual interest. Well done.

I think it is important to get good vertical lines in architecture shots, the camera lens distortion is significant unless you have fine prime lenses.

Is that similar to TRANSFORM: PERSPECTIVE?

Cropping is the art to revive, either that or get one of the DSLR cameras with "Live View".

oh wow - i see what you mean about hte perspective. I feel like i'm going dizzy. I really was attracted by the colours of the buildings and the strange shiny red roof but now i am amazed by the feeling of the streets. hmmmm
