Delicate Fabric

Layers of daylilly petals on a high resolution grid originally sized at 200 inches by 200 inches for presentation in this version called the fabric. A daylilly bloom lasts but one day and then is gone; the story it tells describes the petal unfolding, fecund, vital, confident and rare, in course maturing and ultimately passing, it is then gathered gently, gently as a sigh, fragile as a vapor of the morning meniscus light upon a crescent lense, as it turns to dusk and memories.
